Arthur Becker: A Tech And Real Estate Guru

Arthur Becker is known as a tech guru because of his many different projects. Currently, he is the chairman and the CEO of the Zinio Company which is a digital marketing company. It is, however, his real estate investments that have put him in the limelight.

Arthur is not new to the real estate market. In fact, he has been ranked as one of the top ten people to invest in New York City. He is also the managing director of the Atlantic Investors company which deals with real estate.

In recent times, Becker has scored big in the real estate market. In mid-2016, he became the owner of three different townhouses that are adjacent to each other on Sullivan Street. He has invested in 10 Sullivan Street, and he gained ownership of 30, 40 and 50 in Sullivan Street.

These townhouses are 6,500 sq. ft and they are among the four homes that were developed by Madison Equities and the Property Markets group. At the time of ownership, the townhouses were not complete. Once completed, Becker said that he would live in one of them.

It seemed that Becker got the better part of the bargain as he took ownership of the townhouses in exchange for his stake at the condominium development that the Madison and Property Markets group have going on. The townhouses are set to increase in value once they are completed.
